Welcome to the Meadow Creek Villas in beautiful Frisco, Colorado! We are located very close to several ski areas, including Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge. Ski Cooper is a little further up the road. At 9,100 feet above sea level, we have wonderful skiing and snow sports in the winter. Likewise, we are cooler than than the Front Range, which leads to a wide variety of summer sports including world-class bicycling, hiking, fishing, and kayaking.
Twelve (12) units make up the Meadow Creek Villas, all contained in one building. Each unit has a one-bay garage and a small storage room on the ground floor. There are three floors above the ground floor, with four condominiums per floor. Each condo has two entrances off the interior stairs: one for the main entrance, and an "H" entrance which leads to a "lock off" bed/bath. Each condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Visitors and Guests: please review our House Rules. Each unit has two votes in the Homeowner's Association (HOA). There are five members of the HOA, each serving a two-year term.
The view below is coming from 10 Mile Drive from Summit Boulevard. The closest stairway serves units ending in 1 and 2 (101, 102, 201, 202, 301, and 302). A second stairway leads to units ending in 3 and 4.
